CIRCLE SKIRTS...we will be unveiling our brand new Online Vintage Circle Skirt Museum next month and we are so excited!  We have been busy shooting our personal collection which include some fabulous appliquéd poodle skirts by Juli-Lynne Charlot and Marguerite of California.  I had the pleasure of interviewing the charming Ms. Charlot can't wait to tell you all about it!
